California Caregivers helped care for my mom when we were in a serious pinch. John came through quickly with understanding our needs (even coming out to meet them) and quickly finding caregivers that made my mom feel comfortable, and allowed me to know she was safe, day and night. We needed care quickly, and at awkward times and had changing schedules. I was not disappointed, even when they had to find someone very-last minute to care for my mom. My mom and dad were comfortable and satisfied and really really enjoyed almost all of the caregivers. (a few were satisfactory, but most were excellent). If my parents had not moved into assisted living, we would still be using California Caregivers. Thanks John and team.!!

My mother has been taken care of by CC and ALL the home care personnel who have taken care of Mom are fantastic! If you would need this type of help for YOU or a loved one, do not hesitate to talk to California Caregiver’s staff and start the process. They are VA approved for veterans and their spouses. We used this service when my mom was looking for a caregiver for her friend. CCG was very responsive and helpful, especially considering the circumstances of her friend. The caregiver has been such a huge help and has been an imperative factor in her friend’s daily life. It’s sad that the friend is going through such hard times but luckily CCG was there to help when it was needed. A+++

Mom has Dementia and is stubborn about living in a Nursing home. The Dementia has not diminished her feistiness. I called California Caregivers for help. Now, mom is comfy at home, thanks to the service of California Caregivers. She lives alone and the Caregivers really help out in making her more alert, making sure she eats and showers and all that good stuff. It helps ease the burden of her grown children too. I have nothing to say about California CareGivers, except good stuff! Mom is happy.

This agency provides in-home care for the elderly. As I am an RN & very picky about the quality of caregivers for my family or friends, I have followed this agencies performance for years. They provide quality professional & friendly services to senior with many home care needs & this agency is ran by a RN w/ many years of experience in hospital emergency services as well as homecare services. Their workers are all trained/experienced & productive. This is my 5 STAR review.

California CareGivers who is based out of the Land Park , Greenhaven area has been an absolute blessing for our family. They have been taking care of my dad, who has Parkinson’s, and the level of care and compassion they provide is truly exceptional. Every caregiver we’ve interacted with has been professional, kind, and genuinely caring–not just doing a job, but forming a real connection with my dad. It gives our family such peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands.

I used California Caregivers to hire help for both my mother and father.
They were very professional and helped us find good fits in caregivers that worked out well for both their needs.
I would highly recommend California Caregivers to anyone needing in home care, and I plan to hire them in the near future to assist my aunt with her needs.

I have referred many of my patients to California Caregivers for in-home caregiving support, and the feedback has consistently been excellent. Families often share how responsive, compassionate, and dependable the caregivers are, which gives me confidence every time I make a referral.

Having 3 parents with different forms and levels of memory loss, their assistance and expertise has been invaluable. They have supported us with many transitions through this process with kindness, respect and safety. And their knowledge and experience has guided us through some difficult challenges.

California CareGivers has been taking care of my Mom since the beginning of the year, and we really like them. They are very easy to communicate with and so far, have always been instantly accessible to us. Since they have been assisting us at home, both her personality and her physical health in general have improved immensely.

Questions You May Be Asking Right Now
How much does Parkinson’s home care cost?
The cost of Parkinson’s home care depends on how often your loved one needs support and the level of assistance they need, and we’ll discuss your options during your free in-home assessment.
Does Medicare cover Parkinson’s home care?
Medicare generally doesn’t cover long-term, non-medical home care such as help with bathing, dressing, mobility, or other daily activities, although it may cover certain skilled home health services when eligibility requirements are met.
Long-term care insurance may help cover in-home care if your loved one meets the requirements of their specific policy. Our team is happy to help you explore your coverage options.
How quickly can care begin?
Once we complete your free in-home assessment and determine the right level of support, we’ll match your loved one with a caregiver and begin care based on your family’s needs.
How do you prevent falls in the home?
Our caregivers reduce fall risks by assisting with walking and transfers, staying nearby during higher-risk activities, and helping your loved one move safely through their daily routine.
